We secured a site for the winter months. Management gave us a short tour and we were very impressed with facilities, planned events, and friendliness. Not sure where the lake was someone mentioned, but there is a deep canal providing access to the river. It was true there are not many big trees for shade, but our site has two nice large palm trees on it. Generally speaking not a lot of big shade trees in SW Florida, just sunshine. We have been to many campgrounds over the years and this one appears to be an extremely good value.

It's an RV park. It had the necessary amenities. It's VERY quiet. The grass is nice & green and it has a lake. It's just in a nothing area.
Super nice! Good sized yards. You're not right on top of each other. Not many trees though.
Not a bad RV resort. Quiet but also has nothing going on for kids except for a pool. Not a 55 and over resort. Little to no shade.
