Disappointed I used them. Should have read other reviews first. They delivered late in the day. The flowers were ok. The phone and email don't work. So when you call at 3:30 to see if your flowers will make it, none of the listed numbers work and the email bounces back as undeliverable. Unnecessary stress for what should be a happy gesture.
They did one arrangement for me to take to a funeral and it was absolutely beautiful it had everything I asked for and more ! They did an arrangement when I was in the hospital and it was so bright and uplifting ! I've also received flowers from them on two other occasions and all of them have blown my mind with how beautiful ! I have no green thumb what's so ever but they have some of the longest lasting arrangements I've ever received ! Their store is clean and colorful and all the employees are so welcoming and sweet ! I will never order flowers from another shop again ! Thank you guys at Fort Myers Blossom Shoppe and continue to keep up the great business !
Very disappointed with this Florist ordered a floral arrangement and mylar balloon for my wife for a 15 year wedding anniversary and my wife received a just because your you Mylar balloon . This order was placed through FTD when i called the florist they shrugged there shoulders and said sorry not our fault. Would not recommend this florist to my worst enemy they did not take responsibility for any part of the order, all i was looking for was a little bit of customer service which this florist could not offer. DO NOT GO TO THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!
This shop knows how to handle a customer! They have done my work for years and I will never use anyone else! The employees are the most friendly and helpful every time I call! The arrangements are fresh and last the longest!
Beware- poor quality flowers- will not get what you ordered. Ordered flowers for my mother- the arrangement finally delivered a day late and it looks nothing like what I had ordered. The arrangement is sloppy and filled with whatever flowers they had on hand. I called and complained- the shop told me with Mother's Day they did the best they could as they were running low on flowers. A florist not prepared for a holiday that is known for people sending flowers does not sound like a reliable business. They offered to send a new arrangement tomorrow - I declined. Why on earth would let this florist provide another bad arrangement? More flowers will not make up for poor service in the first place. They already ruined my occasion. Order from somewhere else.
