My mother Donna Seymour passed away from a bleeding brain aneurysm so she left us with no worning. I have never had to deal with any thing like this so it was the hardest thing to try and wrap my mind around my mother was my best friend in this whole world and things got even harder at that point because my father is very sick and he wasn't able to help me at all when I called affordable cremation I spoke with a man named jeff Wilson and from the very first day I new that this is who I wanted my mom to be cremated by. Jeff Wilson treated me like family making this dark time easier I can't tell you how many questions I had and at one point I was so worried I would make him upset with me calling as many times as I did but no he always understood and when I met him to do mom's paper work was the second hardest day of my life because that ment this was very real my first hardest day was sitting with my mom till she passed away meeting with Jeff Wilson face to face at affordable cremation was like walking in to ur family home he took as long as I needed in there with him helping me understand everything that was going to happen and also helping me understand what my next steps need to be after she would have been cremated I would never want any body to ever feel this hard loss and all the pain one has to go through but if you do this is where you should come they take the worry off of you they help you find away to get your loved one layed to rest as if it's not hard enough having to deal with lossing the one you love than you worries about how can you afford it let me tell you this I spoke to many funeral home's and I was shocked and than became scared on how can I do this and afford this but when I called affordable cremation they didn't talk to me like I was just another person to them no they made all my worries there worries.. they took the fear I had about all of this and made it there priority to help me they called me when they got my mom and I new than she was safe.. and they made it so I could lay my mother to rest they have been the light in such a dark time so if you find your self needing someone where you need a Funeral Home this is who you want to go to where you are treated like family and you can no that your loved one is being taken care of by family so you can rest assure with them ur not alone and they will help you every step of the way thank you affordable cremation and thank you Jeff Wilson for everything you have done for me and my family through this very dark time thank you for putting my heart at peace and treating me and my family just like your own god bless all of you
Dignified, straight-forward and reasonably priced. Mr. Randy Stuart and his staff were very pleasant to work with and were clearly experienced and professional. The proper documents were filed quickly and the death certificate (multiple, certified copies) returned to me astonishingly fast. This allowed me to proceed taking care of legal matters right away while the cremation was being performed, and I got the ashes back in only a few days.
I requested a very basic cremation with no frills, and there was no pressure to purchase unnecessary and unwanted products or services. I was very impressed with my experience and would recommend this business to anyone in need of such services.
