The staff was awesome
First time coming there, getting my wic info transfered from another state. My two kids and I were waiting there for a few hours and one of the lady's that worked up front was very sweet. She made sure to constantly update me on what was going on, as well as taking her personal money to buy my children a snack! Best experience I've ever had, especially being new to the state.
Apparently they have ticket numbers but dont use them because I sat there for an hour waiting on my number to be called and people were walking in right up getting helped. The numbers went out of order and she started from the beginning again this place was a joke
Monica Correa and her staff at this WIC location are cold hearted, RACIST, unhelpful, and full of DRAMA. Do not come to this WIC office whatever you do especially if you are actually a US citizen who speaks good English. They are prejudice against US citizens and love to give American benefits to a bunch of immigrants. If you are in English speaking US citizen they will treat you like poop but they roll out the red carpet for all the illegal aliens to steal our benefits. They are the most twisted group of people I have ever met. The biggest mystery is how the staff got hired in the first place in an even bigger mystery of how long they will be able to keep their jobs. They should be put in jail for how badly they treat expecting mothers. I suspect that they actually hate pregnant women and they probably are pro-abortion. I only gave two stars because I feel so sorry for them because they are pathetic people. It should really be -200 stars.
The staff at this WIC office are always very polite and considerate.
