Poor service! I have used them in the past but this time was so poor I won't again. I had recently bought a used car (key was in real bad shape) that I wanted a replacement and a spare. I was the only client there at the time and when I walked up to the door and man behind the counter looked at the key and just started complaining about what bad shape the key was in. He stated a key would be three hundred dollars while still looking at his phone. It gave me the impression that I was bothering him by asking him to provide the service of making me a key. I was so turned off I left without ordering. I went down the street to a locksmith on Pine Island road. They greeted me with a smile and I was able to get TWO functioning keys for Less then two hundred dollars (TOTAL NOT EACH). I would not recommend this locksmith!
I found Gerald's via google and called for a price. MUCH BETTER DEAL! Jason order the key on Monday and I went in on Thursday. 10 minutes later I had a new fully programmed key . Great guys! Highly recommended!!
