This Red Roof is the worst red roof my husband and I have stayed in. We have traveled all over for his work and this one by far had the rudest staff. When we checked in we were given a non pet room even though we told them we had 2 dogs. We didn't find out that this was wrong until the day after when the manager also discovered that who checked us in also didn't get any of my husbands information when we checked in. My husband is working nights in the area for a month. The staff was sent up and knocked on the door the following day of discovering we were in a non pet room to ask to clean the room. I explained that my husband is sleeping because he works night and they couldn't clean the room and pointed out that "do not disturb, means do not disturb". I explained that if the room absolutely needs to be cleaned I will do it myself as I understand the staff isn't there at night to clean. I am with the dogs the entire time, they are never left alone. An hour passes and the manager calls the room over and over again waking up my husband. They wanted more money from us because we had 2 dogs in a non pet room. Again, this is not their stated policy, we let them know we had dogs, and THEY put us in the non pet room. We have stayed in 12 other red roof inns and have NEVER been treated so poorly. They have lost a months worth of room fees from us and we will be staying elsewhere now and when we are back in town for the next job. With all that evil they should be weary of Kali. Needless to say THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL.

Extremely bad customer service especially from the Manager Lucy. It's a shame because these two people who carry titles of manager and assistant manager, are supposed to have only one priority and that is "customer satisfaction" which they failed to have. These 2 so called staff just ruined the relationship with the red roof Inn and our company, which is nationwide. Be careful at this location.
The manager, Lucy, was all over the place trying to maintain my reservation and after standing there for over one hour at the desk or assistant manager, Nick, came out with an attitude and started yelling at me because I asked what is going on the reservation.
This place was Great! Parking for a semi. Rooms were clean. The whole place was clean. Staff was great.
It's ok. Older building shows wear. Location is noisy right off main highway. Double double bed room has small frig, micro, coffe pot, ironing board, iron, hair dryer. Shower curtain is hung in a semi circle to give more arm room. Towels are skimpy. Free wifi. Several decent restaraunts nearby. Service help is friendly and polite. Continental breakfast. Can hear people on second floor easily.
So apparently its ok to charge someone 7 months later because they "FORGOT TO" the night you stayed in it. And even charge you a night that you didnt stay in it, because you were actually in the hospital. My mom just got charged $200 for a $64 night stay that they supposedly forgot to charge (YET HER BANK STATEMENT SAYS DIFFERENTLY). Then looking bank through her statement they charged a night that she was in the hospital. That sounds like fraud. And its kinda crazy that between the first night and now she has had about $1500 taken out of her account. Watch yourself after staying there and ill double check if you feel like money is missing.
