Always order from here and have never had a bad experience. With Irma having rolled through recently I know things are nuts. Ordered a small pizza and a two liter, it didn't come for over an hour so I figured something happened or the order got missed. I was reluctant to call since I ordered it pretty late to begin with and already felt rather bad. Went down the road to grab something to eat just in case my order wouldn't come. Come back about thirty minutes later ( after leaving a note saying to leave it on the door mat, if they came ) and lo and behold my order was there. About five minutes later I got a phone call from a gentleman apologizing for the trouble, explaining how things had gotten backed up and busy. I completely understood - life really isn't totally back to normal here yet, and I didn't feel like I was all that entitled anyway for ordering so late. Credited me a free pizza for the trouble which was a nice gesture and surprise, management here does care about the happiness of their customers and I'm glad they followed up to let me know what happened instead of leaving me in the dark. Will always be a loyal customer, especially after today. Thank you!
Pizza has always been correct. Delivers when said it will. Polite ppl on the phones and polite deliver drivers. Love the 3 cheese howie bread

You suck! Linemen in the parking lot, getting ready to head home. Your store wouldn't comp 2 pizzas to feed these guys. I bought them pizzas. Shame on you ungrateful owners! I will NEVER order from y'all again.
If I could I wouldn't even give this place one star. My experience with them was beyond terrible. The North Fort Myers one to be specific. After a long day of work I ordered pizza through these guys because I wanted a relaxing night of going no where and doing absolutely nothing. Well as I went to order I realized I left my wallet in my work truck, but no worries because I knew my card number information off the top of my head. I called and ordered for delivery. Well after an hour and half wait!... my pizza arrives and the lady asks to see my ID AND my debit card. (To confirm I'm me and it's card) .. I explained to her that the only reason I ordered the pizza and tolerated the excessive wait time was because I was hungry and my wallet was left in my work vehicle back at my job. So I didn't wanna drive an hour back to work in traffic to get my wallet only to grocery shop. Well she just wouldn't accept that and ended up leaving. After my card was already charged for it!! $30 plus! What kind of place asks you for your License and Card after already paying and waiting an hour + wait. Never in my life have I been asked that! I ended up going through Dominos. They were much less of a wait, better pizza AND costs less. I will never order through Hungry Howies again.
