The tech gave me notice and was there right on time. We tried to find the clean out, but couldn't so he came up with an alternate plan quickly. After observing the pipes, he showed me a couple areas of concern and gave me some suggested remedies. He was efficient and cleaned up the area really well. Overall, professional and courteous. I would use them again.
All issues resolved and a plan developed in the event of future need.
