Food is good the only reason a 3 is because we received our check while eating. Just started eating. I think you should wait a little longer to deliver the bill. Like rushed us to eat fast and go.
The food was very good and reasonably priced. Table service was fast and courteous. However, checkout was a poor experience. Young man answered the phone while I was standing in line to check out. He proceeded to take an entire phone order while I waited. Managers should teach inexperienced workers how to prioritize. Paying customers standing in front of you should always come first. Put the caller on hold and call for someone else to assist. Plenty of people were on staff at that time.
My husband and I stopped in for dinner on our travels from Fort Myers back to Port Charlotte. We were astonished at the service from both Heather and her manager. Both of them smiled throughout our visit. The food came out piping hot and it was delicious. We were so glad we chose this restaurant to stop in at. We left there full and satisfied. Thanks to all of the staff at Perkin's Restaurant in North Fort Myers for providing us with outstanding customer service.

One of our favorite places! Everything about this restaurant is right. Portions are very good. Great place for desert and baked goods too! Not to forget.... top shelf staff!
