My roof was repaired four years ago. They hammered through the decking. I've had minor leaks since then, and yesterday I discovered lose shingles, nails, tar paper, and extensive damage from water intrusion. In my opinion, I would choose another roofer.
I never got the chance to hire these guys. I stopped during regular business hours, and though there were cars out front, it was locked. I tried the phone and it was out of order the first few tries. I tried again a while later and got a gentleman on the phone who apologized for their Comcast Cable phone that goes out all the time. He said he was there, and I asked to come by and discuss some things with him. I came in and began the conversation to explain a little background. He acted like I was wasting his time, cut me off, and wouldn't let me continue at about the 1 minute mark. I manage and own facebook pages... millions of followers and work with national and international media. I'm also partner in the largest solar installation company in the State. I had intentions to discuss new construction of an office complex in Naples and the roof as well as 17 rent houses and the conditions and maintenance with hurricane season coming up. He chased me out the door before I got there. So... he'll never get my business. You never know who you are talking to. There's another roofer who will be quite satisfied with plenty this season. It's not these guys.
Let me just say the owner the staff were amazing they really helped me, especially after other companies wanted to estimate my roof in 48 hours then carry out repair on my leak. My wife, twins and my daughter along with me thank you very much for the quick and professional service. The pricing was upfront and came in less than we spoke about on the phone without even seeing the job. I would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again. Keep up the good work a breath of fresh air.
This is a top notch company! Truly professional doing excellent work! I needed some roof repairs quickly and they came to my rescue and saved the day! Customer service is the best I've encountered from the first phone call to the follow up after the work was completed. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them!
