Convenient location. Close to everything. Affordable. Typical trailer park drama but actually a great community. The neighbors watch out for everything. They work to keep it safe & crime free.
Not somewhere you'd want your family to live.
None of the office people are helpful when trying to rent from them. Over priced for tiny space. They are very judgmental. They don't update the for rent web site. Plus they post older better looking pictures of the rentals or the completely wrong trailer.
Very shady spot wouldnt wana get caught walking by at night.
